Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps on iOS in Greece: Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of leading carpooling and ridesharing apps on iOS in Greece presented varied trends, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Uber - Request a ride saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 5.6K in late June. Weekly active users also rose steadily, starting from 37.8K at the end of March and reaching around 60.1K by the end of June.

For Bolt: Request a Ride, weekly downloads experienced a slight decline towards the end of the quarter, with numbers decreasing from 1.9K to about 1.4K. However, active user figures showed a positive trend, growing from 5.2K in March to 14K by the end of June.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver maintained relatively stable download numbers, fluctuating around 160 to 200 weekly. Active user numbers showed minor variations, ending the quarter with approximately 1K active users.

Grab: Taxi Ride, Food Delivery exhibited consistent weekly downloads, averaging around 100 to 200. Active users demonstrated a gradual increase, concluding the quarter at 5.4K.

Lastly, Careem – rides, food & more experienced a peak in downloads mid-quarter at 463, followed by a decline towards the end. Active users mirrored this trend, peaking at 521 before settling at 119.
